Since all our products are freshly made, orders once placed cannot be canceled. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Since all our products are freshly made, orders once placed cannot be modified. We apologize for the inconvenience.

3. Return Policy

Products can’t be returned once the order is delivered. We apologize for the inconvenience.

4. Refund Policy

If any of the ordered items is not delivered, a refund is initiated for the non-delivered items. The process takes a maximum of 7 days. The due amount is refunded to the card or bank where the payment was originally affected.

Gayathri's Bakshanam will usually process refunds within 1-2 business days after a refund request is approved. The request is then passed on to our Payment Gateway partner, they have advised it takes them 4~7 business days to process the refund.
